Kyle Kingsbury ( Human Proformance)

Former UFC light heavyweight fighter, NCAA Division I football player, and leading human performance coach. Kyle is the former Director of Human Optimization at Onnit and host of The Kyle Kingsbury Podcast. He specializes in strength, recovery, longevity, nutrition, and mindset, helping athletes and everyday people optimize their performance and live healthier, more resilient lives.

Aaron Love ( human optimization)

Aaron Love is a retired U.S. Air Force Pararescueman (PJ) with more than 20 years in Air Force Special Warfare and multiple combat deployments to Iraq, Afghanistan, and Africa. As a veteran of elite rescue operations, he specialized in combat medicine, personnel recovery, and leadership under extreme conditions. Today, Aaron is a respected speaker, educator, and advocate for the special operations community, sharing lessons on resilience, leadership, and service through media, podcasts, and veteran organizations. Dorian Olivarez

He is also an IBJJF No-Gi World Champion and is widely recognized for his relentless wrestling, pressure passing, and aggressive submission game, making him one of the sport's most exciting young competitors.

Master Paulo Brandao

Paulo "Coelho" Brandão is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt under Royler Gracie and a 1996 IBJJF World Champion. A pioneer of modern BJJ competition, he is known for his elite technical knowledge, decades of coaching experience, and commitment to developing athletes of all levels. Today, Paulo continues to share his world-class instruction with students around the globe, inspiring the next generation of grapplers.

Colton Smith

Colton Smith is a former U.S. Army Ranger, combat veteran, and the winner of The Ultimate Fighter Season 16. A seasoned MMA competitor and respected coach, Colton combines elite military leadership with high-level combat sports experience, bringing a unique perspective on resilience, discipline, and performance.

Michael Holt

Michael Holt is a holistic health practitioner, breathwork facilitator, and instructor in Kali, Muay Thai, Tai Chi, and Qi Gong. Blending martial arts, breathwork, meditation, and modern psychology, he helps individuals unlock greater resilience, performance, and self-awareness. Through his work, Michael teaches practical tools for developing a calm mind, a strong body, and a purpose-driven life.
